A Global Trading firm, who continue to grow and expand, are looking to hire a Travel Management Specialist to join a Global function overseeing all Travel Management Operations across the US, Europe and Asia.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Travel Management Specialist to play a central role in coordinating and maintaining access across a broad network of global destinations. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and administer travel access and permissions across multiple regions.
• Maintain accurate, centralised records to ensure seamless operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimise efficiency and manage costs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide structured solutions in a time-sensitive environment.
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines and best practices.
